Asbestos Management Surveys

An asbestos management survey is usually the most routine way to achieve compliance where buildings fall within the ‘at-risk from asbestos’ category.

This type of survey aims to locate all asbestos that may be accessed or disturbed on a day to day basis or under normal maintenance. asurveys will carry out surveys for managing asbestos in non-domestic premises in line with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.

Asbestos Refurbishment / Demolition Surveys

Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys are more invasive and aim to identify all asbestos within a property where the premises or part of it, is to be upgraded, refurbished or demolished.
